Top PICC was started based on the idea that the patient comes first. We saw a need for quality, consistent patient care. Also under our experience we have seen the need for educating facility staff, patients, and their family. We will strive to serve our community with the best possible care.

Mike started his career with a Respitory Therapy Degree, soon after he had the desire to be come and RN and graduated in 2003. He has many years of ICU experience and then decided he wanted to join the PICC world. For the last 7 years he has continued to live out his passion by educating family members, staff, and employees keeping the patients safe while the lines are being placed under Top PICC's Care.

Ashley has been in management for over 12 years for 7 of the those years she was working for a fortune 100 company then decide to take a leap of faith and go out side the corporate world and start up Top PICC with Michael Rodriguez. Top PICC this fall will reach the 5 year mark which will be a very exciting time!
